PC Support core times of availability are between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, 
although there may be limited cover outside of these times.

A reduced service will operate over the lunch hours, although the group phone will be 
available 24 hours and is checked every 20 minutes inside our normal operating hours.
