How to I connect to a network printer ?
Click on START, Settings, Printers.
Double-click the 'add printer' icon. Click 'Next.'
From the displayed list, double-click the appropriate server -
xxxxxxxxxx (Printers 220+)      xxxxxxxxxx (Printers 001-219).
Double-click the number of the printer you wish to connect to.
 
How do I arrange for new software to be installed ?
Fill out a request for computer access form.
 
I get the message "The domain xxxxx is unavailable."

Cancel and close all messages (Click OK if that is the only option). 
Press CTRL - ALT - DEL, select Shutdown, and restart the PC.
If this does not work, the PC may have been moved or disconnected.
