All orders for IT equipment should
be made via PC Support.
1. Phone PC Support on ext. 6678 to discuss
your requirements.
2. After being given a quote, your cost center
number will be required.
3. PC Support will then raise a SAP requisition
which must be authorised by an owner
of the cost center before any good are ordered.
4. When the equipment arrives, PC Support will
arrange for electrical testing by engineering.
5. You will be contacted when the equipment
has been configured and is ready to be installed.
6. On average, an order for standard equipment
will usually be delivered to you 15 working days
after it is released from SAP.
If additional hardware is required, e.g.: to connect
a printer to the network, you will be advised at the time of ordering.
